Sunglasses

Are Parkville sunglasses made from sustainable materials?

We only source our wood from certified manageable and sustainable sources. We plant 10 trees for every pair sold so in buying a pair of sunglasses you are helping to repopulate the worlds forests.

Can my sunglasses get wet?

Of course they can! Our glasses are all finished to the highest quality using our own in-house blend of natural waxes and oils.  It means they are skin-friendly but will resist the elements such as sweat, rain and spillages. In order to prolong the life of your glasses, make sure to dry your glasses with a cloth if they do get wet.

Can I stock your glasses?

We are always looking for new partnerships, so we would love to hear from you. Contact us by email at sales@parkvilleshop.com or via our Facebook page and we'll get back to you asap!

How should I clean my sunglasses?

All of our glasses come with a protective finish and a microfibre cleaning cloth. Cleaning your glasses is simple, use the cloth for both the lenses and the frame. Feel free to dampen the cloth and lightly go over all affected areas, drying off your glasses when you are finished.

Can I have prescription lenses?

Yes you can, just fill in your prescription on the product page of the pair you would like and add it to your basket, it’s as simple as that! Please allow an extra 10 days for delivery.

We do not recommend putting prescription lenses in your glasses after you have bought them as that might cause the frame to break.

How long will my sunglasses last?

All of our glasses are built to last, especially if they are properly looked after. Each pair is coated using our secret blend of natural oils and waxes that work together to leave a rugged finish that will stand the test of time.

Can you make custom sunglasses for my company or special event?

We are always looking to do innovative things, so contact us by email (sales@parkvilleshop.com) or via Facebook and let us know what you are looking to do.

Website & Ordering

Once I have placed an order, can I change/cancel it?

We are always happy to help if you want change or cancel your order. Send us an email as soon as you can to sales@parkvilleshop.com and we will do our best to change or cancel your order before it goes out.

Is my data secure?

We have market leading website security and we’re committed to the safe keeping of all customer info.

All payments are securely processed though PayPal, so your payment details are always safe.

Will you give away my personal details?

We never give away any of our clients data to anyone, period. We don’t like getting spammed so we don’t think you should either! 

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards and Paypal via www.parkvilleshop.com.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free if you buy two or more pairs of sunglasses or if you live in the UK or Sri Lanka.

Can I have express shipping?

Yes we do offer express shipping, please see the above FAQ for how much it costs.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Normally all products are received within one week of purchase (for many countries it is much quicker). Here are our normal delivery times:

UK – 3-5 days

EU - 3-5 days

US – 5-7 days

Sri Lanka – 1-3 days

Oceana & Asia – 7-10 days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do – we ship to many countries around the world. If you don’t see yours in the dropdown at checkout then please send us an email (at sales@parkvilleshop.com )and we will happily arrange it for you.

What about import duty and taxes?

All customers are responsible for any customs or sales taxes. Our products are shipped either from London for EU & American countries and from Sri Lanka for the rest of the world. If you are unsure and want some help, please send us an email (at sales@parkvilleshop.com) and we will do our best to help out.

Returns/Warranty

What is your refund policy?

We hope you will love your Parkville products as much as we do, however we understand sometimes things don’t work out as we would like. We are therefore happy to refund your purchase if returned to us as new within 28 days of purchase, no questions asked. Please send us an email at sales@parkvilleshop.com and we will let you know what you need to do.

Do you have a warranty?

Here at Parkville we have rigorous product control processes to ensure all products that leave our factory are market leading in their quality. We therefore guarantee all of our products from manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months after purchase. If you feel something isn’t as it should be, send us an email at sales@parkvilleshop.com and we will do our best to make sure we make it right. All defective products will be replaced free of charge.
